Our client what to send union data to CCQ canada (Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ).

can anyone let me know how can we send data through SAP system to CCQ, as i searched SPRO for configuration and did not find any configuration in this regard.

if anyone aware or worked in this requirement before, please guide to complete this requirement
