Negative currency conversion rate-golden tax system China

Background:

Now I am using the NWBC golden tax system, but when I select the export invoices, the local currency is wrong. and finally I found out the reason: negative conversion rate. here is one example.

because the exchange rate is indirect quotation, so the unconverted value is negative(-1.12482).

so the foreign currency amount*exchange rate will get one negative local currency amount.

is there any note or method to deal with that? many thanks
