Agent Admin Service cannot be reached

Hi Guys,

When I try to go on hte agent admin page, I alway get the Service connot be reach.

https://hostname/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~smd~server~agent~admin/SMDAgentAdminApplication?age...

Every link works fine except agent admin. Has anyone else faced about this issue before?

Hello Onur,

are you aware of SolMan AS ABAP and AS Java?

My customers are asking me a lot about the purpose of the SolMan-Java: next to the option for a local SLD, the AS Java controls the communication between SAP Solution Manager and SolMan Diagnostic Agents (SMD). Thats why you need to reference to the SolMan Java URL & Port:

http(s)://<ASJava Host>:<AS Java http/https port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~smd~server~agent~admin/SMDAgentAdminApplication

To resolve the AS Java host automatically when using hyperlinks (e.g. from the Workcenter or SOLMAN_SETUP) you need to maintain the table HTTPURLLOC. By the way: the maintenance of HTTPURLLOC is a step in the mandatory configuration (SOLMAN_SETUP -> Phase: infrastructure preperation: Step 2.2:
