Widgets setting issue in portal site

Hello,

In my cloud foundry trial account, I am trying to build a custom page for portal site and i have selected the Header and Footer Page. In the section part of the page, i have added 3 widgets and i am trying to rearrange the widgets as below.

When i try to save this, i get the below error.

Please let me know what is wrong in what i am trying.
