Error Broadcasting XLSX-Workbook in Portal Repositories KM ( Msg. RSBOLAP014)

Hi Experts,

when broadcasting a XLSX-Workbook in NetWeaver Portal it does not make the Broadcasting and generates an error in SLG1, that the xlsx workbook could not be scheduled/generated/created in the KM repository, with the Messagenr.RSBOLAP014). Do you have any suggestion how to find the real reason why this is not working and perhaps how to fix this issue?

Hello Debjit,

thanks a lot for the reply. In the rsrd_log it actually shows only the above error in the screenshot that cannot be scheduling the workbook. In one of the locations in Portal, it can schedule however in another location, it does not. We also check the authorisations in the both folders and the user has the necessary authorisations for it.

thanks for the link and the SAP-Note however we are trying to schedule a XLS-File, therefore the SAP-Note cannot help us.
