SAP BO 4.3 user group Customization for web intelligence not available

I can not see web intelligence option in sap BO 4.3 sp0 patch 3 in the user group Customization for web intelligence not available. i have tried redeploy the war file still same issue. can some one help me on this.

    This option is not available in 4.3 SP0. and is now available again in 4.3 SP1

    I just checked this by logging in to my test 4.3 SP3 system as Administrator. It's not working there either. You may have to open a ticket with SAP for this.

    I would love to hear what their response is if you do!

    Hello,

    This usually happens if user / group lacks privileges to change.

    Grant the right Change preferences of the Administrators group to User.

    2212378 - Customization and BI Launch Pad Preferences disappear in the context menu of Users and Groups in CMC
