I registered and downloaded the trial version of SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.2 SP08 - ONE

and when entering the received serial number (starts with) DC306-98 .....

There is an error during installation: The product key is not valid. INS00140

I am installing on Windows Server 2012 R2 All minimum requirements are met.

What causes this error?

Can I enter my product key here?
