ESS screen changes would be lost

Hi,

We are using ESS5.0, ITS6.20, EP6.0 and R/34.7. Already we have implemented ESS with Portal.

Now, I am going to change the output screen in ESS service.

For example,

To REMOVE the following fields from Personal Data (PZ13) service:

In Name Section

a) Title, b) Second title, c) Other title, d) Name of Birth, e) Initials

In HR Data Section

a) SSN, b) Nationality, c) Marital Status, d) Since, e) Number of children and etc…

If we implemented these screen changes, then my client upgrade the software (ITS, R/3 and EP), our screen changes would be lost?

Please any one advice.
