Proving SAP_ALL did not alter SUIM activites

It is my understanding that with SAP_ALL you could alter the SUIM results and hide your activity, in theory. When SAP_ALL is used how do a view wither SAP_ALL altered any information used by SUIM? I am trying to prove that while SAP_ALL was used I can trust the results of pulled from SUIM as the SAP_ALL account did not modify entries. I think this can be done through CDPOS and CDHDR tables, but not sure how to search.

Thank you, Sathish.

Knowing that SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW can alter the SUIM results how do I prove those two accounts did not. I have not seen anything in the forums that tells me how to audit and prove with the two accounts did hide their work. Or is it more that because of the access they can alter the results and there is no way of knowing whether they did or not?
