Parallel Change request For BP in MDG

Hi,

I'm trying to create Parallel Change request for BP I have added below entities in scope. all the UIBBS are in editable stage but except one address UIBB this entity in not in editable mode. rest of the process is working fine. kindly help or guide how to make this editable.

ADDRESS, AD_EMAIL,AD_FAX, AD_NAME_O, AD_NAME_P, AD_POSTAL, AD_TEL, AD_URL ,BP_ADDR BP_ADDUSG, BP_BKDTL, BP_CENTRL, BP_HEADER.

You can refer to SAP Note 2711083 - MDG-BP/C/S: Usage of parallel Change Requests

regarding the scope of parallel CR within BP area.
