Hi,
My client had a requirement like PS with investment measure to settle partial amount to AUC
i have created one Investment profile for auto AUC creation against the wbs. our requirement is like we want to settle partial amount to AUC not full. In Investment profile, We have used Summery Settlement and
Example : We have posted vendor invoice of 10,000 INR with reference to one WBS, Now we want only 5000 INR should be transferred to AUC.
You need to create a split settlement rule with 50% to the AuC and 50% to a cost center. This is standard functionality.

As Paulo asked, what do you want to do with the other 50%?

Hi Yogendra,
As far as I am aware this is not possible in the standard system for that automatic AUC rule.
Instead you can do partial capitalisations to Final Asset(s) and to the manually managed AuC (without IM profile).
What is the business logic behind this requirement? If you have a CAPEX/OPEX manual split the IM profile might not be the best option.

Paulo

Thanks Paulo for reply.
Automatic AUC wont work in partial settlement
Should i propose them to create manual AUC and assign the same in settlement rule and add the percentage or amount option and later on they can settle the same to Fixed asset.
Also left 50% will be wbs and may be treated as expenses.
Also not sure that we can assign the 50% in AUC as system wont allow and will through message as total percentage should be 100.
Thanks
Yogi
