Connecting SAC with DWC

Good day. Have a question on the setup of our new DWC instance.

We are also a customer of SAC with stand alone SAC instances. I recall we can connect SAC to DWC so when building charts, we can use the stand alone SAC where most of our users are.

Would you please share instructions on how we can connect our SAC to DWC ?

Is this a backend process that to be done by SAP, or is DWC simply a live data source for SAC ?

If this is a backend connectivity, would the out-of-box embedded SAC be complete wiped away, once we connect our stand alone SAC, or is there an extra SAC line on the DWC home page ?
