We are using crystal report 2013 runtime (32bit) with VS 2013/2019 and recently we migrated to AWS/Azure cloud and we are getting an error saying that "Accessing the resource at C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp.html has been disallowed" popup window for parameter questions related reports and works fine if the report does not have any parameter questions.
we tried couple of tmp folder access related options and enable active x, scripting, Javascript settings suggested by SAP. but no luck. could someone had similar issue or show some light on this area and help me gerrid of this error.
its a windows application and here is the image for reference.
Using Google to search for that error suggests it's a local Policy for the User or global settings.
Ask your IT Department or Microsoft how to disable it or change.
Not a CR issues...

That looks like your AV or firewall blocking access.
Grant full read/write/User permissions to the temp folder.

It's all due to the industry blocking Flash, CR Parameters used to use Flash, they have all been converted to HTML5.
Update the CR for Runtime to SP 29 and it should work.
