Hi Team,
When trying to export a crystal report to PDF I am getting error as:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D7F5D7C3-B06C-4CAC-BC47-A06E66D2EE9B} failed due to the following error: 8007045a A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007045A).
PFA detailed error log.crystal-177.txt
My client's server has a crystal report runtime installed. Please check below screenshot:
The server does not have any visual studio/ SDK installed. The another admin user logged in to this pc can still is able to export it to PDF.
The system is 64 bit. Attached us User and system DSN.user-dsn.pngsystem-dsn.png
Is there anything missing that should be added as user setting?
Regards,
Sayali
SO I gave you the link to download SP 29 for SAP site so why are you going to some unsupported third party site to get it?
CR runtime is for your application platforms, x86 or x64 and not the OS. It doesn't matter if your OS is 64 bit.

Upgrade to SP 29 from here:
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Crystal+Reports%2C+Developer+for+Visual+Studio+Downloads
See this blog for how to upgrade your project:
And use MS SQL Server 2012 SQL Native 11 client, that old MDAC driver isn't fully supported by MS.

Hi team,
My application is a windows 32 bit application but the OS is 64 bit.
I tried to install the Service pack from Link below:
https://www.tektutorialshub.com/crystal-reports/crystal-reports-download-for-visual-studio/
Please check below screenshot for reference. Here if I click on 32 bit it download a CR runtime windows installer.
How can I install the Visual Studio SDK compatible with 32 bit?

Sayali
Hi
Even after reinstalling the crystal facing the issue with exporting. Although the other user is still able to export the report. Can it be due to any permission issue or any setting is missing? Both the users are admin users.

Sayali

sayali.shete,
Most likely the dll file has been deleted, please reinstall the crystal report and try exporting again.
Thanks.
