Validation at IW32 and IW22 save event

Hi All,

We need to put a validation at PM order at t-code IW32 & IW22 so that system does not allow to save the order if responsible cost center & Profit center under additional data tab is filled . Can you please suggest how can we achieve it ? We do not want to make this fields as mandatory requirement through standard configuration due to some maintenance plan batch job performance issue .

You can either utilise user-exit IWO10009 (SMOD/CMOD) or BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE (SE18/SE19).

Talk to your ABAP Team who should be able to help.
