How to change the sender name in C4C broadcast

Hi Experts,

when we create a new broadcast in C4C, the e-mail sent by the system gives the contact donotreply@my.... (see image below).

Is it possible adopt another description instead of to see the complete e-mail contact?

To prevent these communications from being mistakenly trashed by our users we would like to mask the email contact with a description.Is it possible to do this type of configuration for each broadcast created?

Hello,

You can go to "Fine tunning activities" -->"E-Mail and Fax Settings" --> "E-Mail and Fax Settings"

Here you should be able to change the default sender address to something that is more readable for end users.
