Export content of Change Document from SolMan

Dear experts,

In scope of our annual audits, we are sometimes required to extract information from SolMan, more specifically from the Change Documents.

Is there any good way of doing this? Clicking the printer icon does provide a printer friendly format, but not all text is present. When actually printed (PDF or paper) only the visible portion of the text gets printed.
