In SAP, is your layout in ALV Grid or Hierarchy?

If Hierarchy, try switching to ALV Grid, because all data is on one line, so there aren't multiple header rows. If you can't find the settings to switch, just remove all columns from the Line 2 and Line 3 tabs in the Change Layout window.

Have you considered using a query to clean up the exported layout?

If not, this method can simplify your data dumping by eliminating any data massaging you usually do, even if it's just copy and paste. Even if you are simply sending the file as it is exported, a stand alone Query file can work as a template allow easy history keeping. The extra rows can be automatically deleted by Excel in the Query.

Hello,

If the column is within visible screen length than no issues, if the column goes beyond the visible only it is splitting into next line, the only solution export as CSV format and then convert into .xslx format.

Thanks

Hello Ronelu co,

Try to export as CSV format then convert to .xslx as you required.

When you export directly to excel format data may adopt only visible column if it extending it will split into next line.

Thanks
