I want to know status of our applications about SAP Partner Edge-Builde

we are startup company that is established to develop sap add-on component. we submitted to partner-edge build for registering SAP certification solution at 11-27-2020. we are informed that because of making changes to the SAP Partner Edge Build program processing is short delay. but we do not receive any response from SAP. we want to know status of our application.
