Group Reporting Data Monitor Release Universal Journal error G0256

Morning

In Data monitor for periods 1-7 the release universal journal task works as designed. From periods 8-10 the release universal journal task is marked as task irrelevant and I recieve an error of G0256 'task has no meaning' if i try and run through the ribbon. Periods 11 and 12 go back to working as intended.

Has anyone else come across this?

Hi Michael,

the release journal becomes irrelevant when there is no data in Universal Journal Table (ACDOCA).

Check your ACDOCA table and see if there is data for specific consolidation unit in period 8-10. I believe you will not find data for period 8-10 for specific cons unit.

Please try using " RESET" status on the task and re-try that should work if there is no problem in your ACDOCA table data
