Create purchase order with release group and release strategy using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

I have a question; I'm using the bapi, BAPI_PO_CREATE1, But at the time of creating the purchase order. I create the purchase order without the liberation group or the liberation strategy. I realized this, because when I check the purchase order in the EKKO table The fields of liberation group and liberation strategy appear to me empty. I attached the image.

Unfortunately this cannot be evaluated and solved without knowing details about the setup of the release strategy and what your entered in the PO creation manually and what fields you actually submit in your BAPI

I did the test in transaction ME21N with the same data and fill the fields of release automatically. But when I do it through BAPI, that does not happen.

when a user creates a purchase order manually in ME21N, then he does not enter release group and release strategy either, so you do not enter it via BAPI. The strategy is determined automatically. If that did not happen then you probably submitted values which did not match with any strategy.
