How to replicate form-data body payload in Hana xsjs code

Following snapshot depicts body payload in postman while calling API in POST method which I am trying to replicate in HANA XSJS code to consume API data. Can anyone please help me with HANA XSJS code for setting up the body with form-data payload before requesting for response?
