Delete Component Configuration in SAP MDG UI

Hi Experts,

We have SAP MDG 8, the standard Supplier UI has been customized as per client needs.

So when i access the MDG UI, the UIBBs refer to YXXX which is the custom component configuration. (it is customization)

however, now i want to delete this custom component configuration as I want to test the standard UIBB.

Even if i remove all the custom roles from my user ID and just add standard SAP roles like SAP_MDGS_MENU_03 or SAP_MDGS_REQ_03, i still see the custom comp config in one of the UIBB. (which i have to test)

I referred SAP help and scn but could not find the correct procedure to remove the custom comp config made out of customizing the component configuration.

If i go to SE80- open the custom package -> and look for YXX->Web dynpro -> Component Configurations, i cannot see this customizing component config.

Any hints would be really grateful!

The answer is:

go to SE80 -> open Web Dynpro Comp./Intf. 'WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_COMP' -> Test the application and Find by 'Component' or 'Config' or 'Author' . Search your custom comp config and delete. Note: this will erase all the customizing changes made and cannot be added back. it is not Add/Remove , it is delete..

Go to your standard uibb and delete the customization . you can see the option delete customizing.
