​Optimalisation on the search

Optimalisation on the search :

a. Global search function:

When I go to the search function, I see a long list of categories.

Unfortunately, the survey is not in it. Is it possible to add it? The list is a duplicate of the left column. It would be a great help, because the global search is really a big advantage.
