situation handling - System not triggering the notifications

Dear Experts,

i just started to learn one of the fantastic feature available in S/4HANA as "Situation handling" .

since my job nature towards production Planning and Execution, i'm trying to explore of the use case in MRP Area. - SAP_PP_MRP_MATERIAL_EXCEPTION. As per SAP help, i have copied the standard situation type and created a new one : Z* and updated the required fields.
but even after crossing that batch job scheduled time, i couldn't see any notifications in my Fiori Launchpad and also there is no job ran at that time by checking SM37.

I have added Job catalogues as well . SAP_PP_MRP_SITUATION_HANDLING

Please follow the steps in SAP Note 2809017 - MRP Material Situations Handling to ensure that situation instances are detected successfully.
