GRC Process Control: Work Item should be Display only (Non Editable)

We are currently implementing CCM module in GRC process control application in our system, we are on Version 12.0 and SP 8.

As part of which we have 2 sets of users who will be receiving the issue in their work inbox, control owner and control performer. In this we are currently trying to provide the control performer access to perform actions on the issue and for our control owners we would like the work item to be visible only (Highlighted fields below should be display only or at least the Submit Button below).

When tried to restrict the user access through authorization, we could find we can do this by restricting the AUTH object 'GRFN_USER' Activity 16. But the down side of this is, the auth object 'GRFN_USER' as specified by SAP is required for assigning users for any of the role under controls. Without assigning the user under the control they will not be able to receive the issue.

Do we have any other way to restrict the users from performing any actions on the work item and have the work item as view only (only Display access)?

Hi,

Try configuring custom agent determination rule for the business event 0FN_ISSUE_NOTIFY so that the other user will only recieve notification.
