User B1ADMIN blocked for sap10

Hello,

When installing the Hana engine for SAP10, the user B1ADMIN is created with the user SYSTEMNB with the privileges mentioned in the sap note

The error when creating the own instance of the user B1ADMIN shows the following message:

10: authentication failed: ERR_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED SQLSTATE: 28000

An attempt was made to correct this error by modifying the statement in the openfile document I've used the solution from thread

password_lock_for_system_user = false

What can I try?
