Trial Account deltion running since 3 hours

Hello SAP Clout Platform Trial Team,

this morning I've made the decition to delete my Trial Account: 1c36252atrial as this seems to be the only solution to fix the issue Error / Cloud Foundry / Subaccount: trial - Destinations / undefined (500). But now the deletion is running already since 3 hours:

Is there something that can be done from your side?
