SQL Anywhere

I am new to SQL Anywhere and just wanted to get some community input as to some of the advantages, drawbacks, and other tips and tricks that might help me to better manage the new SQL Anywhere environment, which I am now beginning to take more and more responsibilities for. Any tools used to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues, would be extremely helpful! Thanks a bunch!
