Message and gwrd seems ok, and in green

database service is running

everything on same system

This is r3trans version 6.24 (release 721 - 26.09.13 - 20:13:07 ). unicode enabled version R3trans=>sapparam(1c): No Profile used. R3trans=>sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline r3trans finished (0000).

Hi Palai.

Is the database and SAP instances are in the same system or distributed environment? from the SAP instance not connecting to the database, is it database service started or not?

In the SAP instance logon with SAP SIDADM user id and type the command "r3trans -d" and share the log
