Hi, If we use update group 000012 but do not check open order and open delivery checkbox next to static credit check option, then will system consider Open orders and delivery for credit check or not?
Hello Braj, If you don't flag those checkboxes, then no, the system will not consider the Open Orders and Open deliveries/open billing docs when running a credit check. If both are marked off, credit exposure contains only the values of Receivables and Special liabl. during credit check execution.
The update group 12 means that the credit value update starts with the sales order. So even though you remove the flag in OVA8, the credit value of the order (if not credit blocked) will be updated to the credit exposure as Open Orders.
