What kind of document are you trying to mapping? Could you give me more information about you want to do?

Hi Manthana.
Please, download the corresponding mapping in "Resources" tab, receipt request in your case, and review all the mapping fields. You will have to search if your field has any mapping done.
If this field is an extension of the standard source structure, probably you will have to mapping manually in a custom field in target structure.
if you have any doubt, let me know.
Regards.
Hi Adrian
I have explore in “resources” tab and this field is not mapping yet. The field name in standard is receiptitem.date
Should I use this name to map as custom field instead by click custom date and in the value I will put this field name (receiptitem.date) instead. So I can link source and target together.
Pls help again.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Manthana.
You will have to search the name of this field in source structure. Then, you will have to mapping it manually in any extension field of target structure. Your field, as I could see, is within of Item structure, so this field should appear inside this structure.
If you have any issue to search this field, please add an image where appear your custom field, xml for example, and other image with your structure inside the mapping of this scenario in CIG.
Regards.
Hi Manthana.
You should have a field called "Date" in the same level that "UnitOfMeasure" and after this structure. On the other hand, if you don't find "Date" field, I'm thinking you could try to mapping some fields to check if these fields contain your information. You could try with "DateOfDelivery" or "CustomDate" fields. Try to map these fields in any extension of the target structure.
Regards.
Hi Manthana.
The value should be "Date", as appear in your xml, but try both.
Regards.
Hi Manthana.
Firstly, Ariba structure can't be modified by user, so you can't modify "@name" to "receiptitemdate".
If your argument name is "receiptitemdate" inside @name, you will have to create a "Source Condition". Please, you will have be sure that you have an argument with this name. If you don't have it, this mapping will not work.
Your link mapping will send the content of "@name" to RECVD_DATE. Normally, the value content is inside "CustomXXX" field.
To make this mapping follow the next steps:
Link CustomDate to RECVD_DATE --> Right click over the link line and "Add Source Condition" --> Click on "@name" --> Assign value "receiptitemdate".
I attach 2 images that can help you.
Thanks.
Hi Manthana.
Maybe we should check all the process from the beginning. So firstly you can try sending an example of this scenario. Then, when this message reach to CIG, download pre processing xml and check if this field is informed in xml. It's important because this field must appear in xml with the correct tag, "Date" or other name, but it must appear.
On the other hand, is this "Date" field a standard field or a custom field? When I was reviewing the scenario I didn't find it.
Regards.
hanks Adrian!
Let me start from beginning:
1. This standard field is just activated in data dict. for export receipt asyn. Pls see in this picture:Datadic.png
2.Then I just posted transaction on goods receipt screen like this.
3.I check inbound payload, the date field is in payload
4.This field not show in cxml to do mapping.
5..I do custom mapping with custom field by using value as "Date" or "ReceiptItems.date" but no show in test result.
What else i should check on?
Pls help again.
Many thanks in advance.
