How to customize hybris Customer Ticketing System Emails with .properties file?

I have to set some properties in email-ticketAdmin_en.properties and use them in .vm-templates, but I couldn't because ticketContext-classes don't extends AbstractEmailContext, only AbstractTicketContext.
What is the best way to get access to .properties from .vm html templates in ticketsystem?
