Importing EP SSO Cert into another J2EE

Dear EP Gurus,

I have an ISA application.I need to establish SSO between EP 6.0 SP11 to ISA(J2EE).

Pls let me know how to do it and also check if the ISA J2EE is already set up to Issue and Accept SSO Tickets.

(In VA,there is an option to inmport certificates via Keystore service).

Pls confirm.
