Production variances posting to COPA

Hi

We have a typical problem where five production orders have not been settled to Copa. Generally the settlement happens every month to Copa. In our case production order have a rule with material and PSG.

I checked in the order master data and there is no settlement rule to PSG which is the reason why the settlement to COPA did not happen. My understanding is that settlement rule is created automatically based on execution of KKS2 and CO88

The five production order are for two new materials. I am not sure if there is anything in the material master which is preventing the settlement to COPa. We have used the same order type in the same plant for other materials and it seems to work as expected.

Please guide as I am struck with this issue

Please check in the settlement profile of Production Orders if "variances to costing-based PA" is maintained or not, assuming you use costing based COPA. If not maintained, please maintain the same. There after you can run KKS2 and KO88 for individual production orders. This should most likely solve your issue.
