SIAG_TRANS_CNT TABLE, RETENTION

Hello, need some help ..... swnccollparam has the rules for table record retention, What other tables than SIAG_TRANS_CNT uses the SWNCCOLLPARAM.RELID = "WN" ? I have been informed that => "As this WN is generic values and this retention value applies to all standard Jobs retention values too. So from SAP recommendation its not a good practice to change the retention values in PROD"

OK, what "standard tables" is this referring to??? What impact on the amount of data stored if WN monthly "KEEP_MONT" and WN 'KEEP_TMONT is changed from "standard " 2 months to 14 months..... OR what would it "hurt" to change the Program SIAGUSGDEL to either (I know, bad word..bad coding ... Hard coded to 14) OR have SIAGUSGDEL point to a new RELID, like W2, or SS or whatever??

..... Any. . . Any . . . ANY ... Anyone out there to help???
