PR no longer linked to the activity on CJ20N

Hello experts,

I am facing a problem with a PR created from the tcode CJ20N. It seems as if the PR is no longer linked to the activity it originated from. Furthermore, when I check upon the PR, it seems as if the account assignment was deleted.

Now i can't modify the activity's budget.

How can I relink the PR to the activity ?

You all screens messages are clear and understandable.

Your PR changed, archived- hence no longer available as PR is an internal purchasing document, better initiate new PR creation with new activity number from CJ20N. Do not use old activity number further more.

How your old PR changed- your can find all in PR item changed history, probably due to manual change actions in CJ20N or passing few unconditional values forcibly with developmental testing with your already designed development, if any!

Are you sure your PR created for Network(N- account assignment) and activity number?

Why cannot designed in such way that if you wanted to change the activity related again in CJ20N- it should change the already created PR data also!

When trying to modify the activity I get these messages

If this activity had created a PR it would be listed on that screen. You have planned a service which will flow into the project planned cost.

If you have a PR you can look at the table to see it's origin. PR's can be created and assigned manually to a NWA. Or the project can create them directly, and finally they can be created through a MRP run.

Exactly my point. I do have the PR number and when I check on the PR I find that the account assignment was deleted somehow by another user throught CJ20N. He says he only modified the price and quantity of the services.

As of right now I can't modify anything about the activity or PR related.
