​ Key required for SAP B1 api call(DIS /DI API / Service Layer Rest) or Extension ?

Hi Expert,

I need one information that is this key required for SAP B1 DIS / DI API / ServiceLayer Rest api or only for SAP B1 Bydesign .We got a news as below

Change to Build Requirements Effective February 15, 2021 Any Partner building solutions that integrate or connect to SAP Applications via APIs must use the unique integration key provided by SAP (known as Application Interface Key) for each solution in the API Header. This key will be assigned by SAP to each solution and visible to partners in the 'Manage My Apps' application.

Please give me link of of above details or give the list application where this key required for API call or Extension.
