SAP ECC Hardware Migration :Impact on SAP BW Server

Hello Guru's ,

This Christmas event our client have a planned ECC Production system maintenance .SAP ECC Production System is getting migrated from one hardware to another hardware .

Except hardware migration nothing is getting changed in SAP ECC Production system (IP Address, DNS Names ,Serial number , Logical system name every thing remains same) . I have listed down the list of activities pre and post maintenance activities in SAP ECC Prod , SAP BW Prod servers . I would request you to kindly review and let us know if i missed anyting to perfrom .
