SF Delta load query

Hello Experts,

I am trying to automate the query for Delta load as this Integration between CPI and SF.

Initially I have used a manual query extracting only 1 employee record to get the execution timestamp of SF.

After above run I have got the execution timestamp as below;

Based on the timestamp now I would like to automate the query with deltasync.maxDateFromLastRun parameter.

Below is the query and exception thrown.

Can someone please help me out on this.
