Problem while installing Netweaver 2004S

Hello,

While installing the SAPNW2004sSneakPreviewABAP I had received the following error

in phase 3 :

ERROR 2006-04-22 16:45:12

CJS-30129 Creating node $(DIR_TRANS) with type DIRECTORY failed. Original exception text was: syslib.filesystem.nodeCreationFailed:Unable to create node
pcsc127\sapmnt\ with type DIRECTORY: can't create parent node..

can anyone help me to reolve this problem

Hi Parag,

Check whether the following things are fine in your system

1.You have Admin rights for the system

2. Loop back adapter is installed on your system

3. Antivirus is disabled,if not then Disable the Antivirus software & then restart the system to continue the installation

I stopped the norton antivirus running on my system & now it worked...
