IM inventory document - more counted than cleared items

Dear all,

I cannot close IM inventory documents (status still active) since it is one more item counted than cleared in statistics of that inventory document. All other statuses like Open, Recounted etc. are empty (see the screenshot below).

What could be the reason for this and how the status could be changed from active to cleared one?

MI07 is posted, MI04 (entering of counting) is not possible to open.anymore.

Hello Bijay,

thanks. In that case not all items have been marked to be cleared. With MI24 the missing checks within an inventory document have been added and the document fully cleared.

You can recount those in with MI05 or MI11 and then post soon.

If not needed you can delete with MI02 but cross check with business!
