SAP BW/4HANA 2.Content 1.0 SP9 -Missing Fiori Apps in Cockpit?

Hi,

Anyone had the issue of when you open the BW/4 Cockpit, many of the Apps – e.g Analysis authorisations editor - fail to open with an error message;

Message: App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
