Error when testing the connection for SAP Business one Event Sender Setup

I am trying to setup our integration framework but on step 3 of 5 for the test connection it does not want to connect. Is there a way to figure this out?

SAP B1 9.3 PL 14

on windows 2012 R2 and sql 2014

Check integration service is running under Services. also make the ID and password are correct for integration framework.

I a not sure what my password is for B1iAdmin. A way to reset it or find out? Maybe the databse or xml file?

I can’t remember exactly but something about failed connection.
