I want to test a remote table replication connection between an on-premise HANA system and a HANA Cloud instance (free trial). The SCC connections to the HANA on Cloud and the on-premise instances seem to work.

I created a remote source:

CREATE REMOTE SOURCE HOP ADAPTER hanaodbc CONFIGURATION 'Driver=libodbcHDB.so;ServerNode=hanaonpower; sslTrustStore="-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----MII…d4=-----END CERTIFICATE-----";encrypt=TRUE;' WITH CREDENTIAL TYPE 'PASSWORD' USING 'user=TECHUSER;password=<password>';

I then clicked on the remote source in the Catalog an got the error -10719 Connect failed (invalid SERVERNODE 'hanaonpower')

Looks like it has to do with the ODBC driver of the HANA Cloud instance?

hanaonpower is my virtual server, the port is 443, so I also tried hanaonpower:443.
