Hi Team,
We have a scenario where we need to reverse or cancel the labor/ hours confirmed against a service order and put that in other service order.Flow is from SFDC to CPI to S4. So CPI has to invoke APIs to perform this.
Putting those hours in another service order is easy , that we just post a service create request in S4.
But how to reverse or cancel the hours in S4 from CPI, we could not get any API for that , the API for service confirmation change create does not cancel or reverse the confirmation.
Please suggest something.Thanks.
This question was about canceling the hours posted against any labor posting using API : Service Confirmation - Create, Change (Asynchronous).
Answer : There are fields available in structure of API like
ServiceConfirmationIsRejected
and ServiceConfirmationIsCanceled , which if set to true will cancel or reject the confirmation. All the hours posted will also get canceled if confirmation is cancelled.
Thanks.

Hello Dilip,
You can request S4 team to make custom development in SAP S4 and expose it as either OData service/SOAP service to consume further in SAP CPI.

Dear Dilip,
Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.
Please check if a similar question has already been asked in the Community. We have found that sometimes questions that have been answered before are no longer receiving responses.
The easiest way to do this, is to visit the All Questions page and search for your specific topic.
You could also check the SAP Support Portal and search for SAP Notes, SAP Knowledge Base Articles and more.
If all of this doesn’t work, I would suggest that you create a support ticket. All you need to do is log onto the SAP Support Portal with your S-user ID and password: http://service.sap.com/message
Thanks,
Britta
