Move planning model to a different folder

Hello everyone,

is there a possibility to move a planning model with imported excel data to a different folder?
I don't have any problems moving aAll other models with live data from BW, but for the planning model with the excel data there is no option available for moving it.

Copying objects in SAC requires object permission as wells as space permission (in this case Folders). If you are moving in Public folder then folder permission have no impact. Planning roles (standard/ custom) can impact access rights on folder (if configured that way). Say you create a team of planner and then give specific folder access to that team. A user in that SAC team wont be able to perform copy, delete ... operations on objects outside of assigned domain.
Try with admin access.

the question sounds weired since I moved many models, most of them planning from one folder to another without any issue. All those were loaded via csv files in the beginning.

Is it possible that you don't have the proper rights to move it or for the desired folder?

Never came across this issue so far... I guess you try it from the folder structure, right?

If nothing works, at least the System Owner should be able to do it.
