Operation Deletion in process order not updating in change log

Dear Guru's,

We are trying to create a report for the process order changes. But whenever an operation is deleted from Process orders it's not updating in Changelog.
BADI WORK ORDER UPDATE--> this is also not helping me.

Any Ideas to make this work?

Hello sureshk69

SAP standard doesn't provide change documents for production or process orders.

Note 390635 - Change documents for production and process order proposes a workaround implementation along with code snippets.

If you tried to implement the changes documents along the lines of the note, then I think you have a problem in BadI enhancement implementation; most probable it's looping indefinitely if an operation is deleted. Hard to tell exactly without access to your code.
