Hello,

We support coupons. Coupons can be created in SAP Customer Checkout manager.
Coupons can be very generic like 10% or 5 EUR discount, or more specific like you get 10% discount on Coffee or All drinks(Article Group). Later a cashier can scan the coupon and if it matches the criteria then it is applied.

We also support Loyalty Coupons, so that the coupons are specific to a loyalty user.
