Expenses in SAP Retail and usage in CCO

Hello,

In Retail area there are expenses, which means one customer takes 5 trousers for fitting and returns 2 trousers.

(DE: Im Retailbereich, gibt es noch was zu den Auslagen? Also ein Kunde nimmt 5 Hosen mit zur Anprobe und bringt dann wieder 2 zurück.)

Hello,

The exact process is not supported in SAP Customer Checkout. You can place a request in Customer Influence
However we support central receipt parking and resuming. So you can park your receipts,
the parked receipts are available in SAP Customer Checkout manager, and later resume the receipt from any PoS system. You can verify if this central park and resume can help your support your business process.
